- Start: Village Sörenberg
- Destination: Village Sörenberg
The Panorama circular route Sörenberg is an easy but particularly scenic circular hike above the village. It starts directly in the center of Sörenberg and initially leads over open meadows and along forest edges uphill towards Alpweid.
The steady but gentle ascent is soon rewarded with beautiful views: the imposing Schrattenfluh, the Brienzer Rothorn, and the gently rolling landscape of the UNESCO Entlebuch Biosphere Reserve offer an impressive panorama along the way.
After the highest point of the route, the path leads slightly downhill to the idyllic Laui barbecue area – a perfect place for a rest with a picnic or sausage on the fire. The fire pit is well equipped, surrounded by nature, and also offers enough space for children to play.
The return route to Sörenberg goes gently downhill, mostly on natural paths with views of the village. The entire route is well signposted and also suitable for families with children.
