Would you like to get a taste of the Alpine air with your school class, pet a calf or goat, learn more about the art of cheese-making or simply spend a carefree time barbecuing? From June to September, we offer school classes an insight into the work and life on the alp. Milk processing takes centre stage. The pupils are allowed to make their own 10kg of alpine cheese under our expert guidance.
As a result, they learn about the cheese production process, can describe it and recognise themselves as consumers. They will also learn to treat themselves, their fellow human beings and the environment responsibly.
