Perhaps you have already been able to watch cheese being made on television or behind a pane of glass. But have you ever had the opportunity to try your hand at making cheese yourself? We have come up with something very special for you, our guest. In our rustic alpine show dairy, you can experience the art of cheesemaking up close and lend a hand yourself: you heat around 100 litres of milk in the vat, add the rennet, cut up the cheese jelly a little later and finally lift the curd out of the vat. You will be expertly assisted by us.
