Reservations are required for both individual guests and groups.

Important: Changes or cancellations of bookings must be communicated to BBS AG as early as possible and in writing. If a reservation is cancelled in whole or in part and the reason is not attributable to BBS AG, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours in advance from Tuesday to Friday. For appointments from Saturday to Monday, cancellations must be made by Friday at 12:00 noon.
