Reservations are required for both individual guests and groups.

Important: Changes or cancellations of bookings must be communicated to BBS AG as early as possible and in writing. If a reservation is cancelled in whole or in part and the reason is not attributable to BBS AG, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 7 days before the agreed date: free of charge
• Up to 24 hours before the agreed date: 50% of the total amount
• On the same day or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount
