Every Sunday during the summer season, you can indulge in culinary delights at the Rossweid with a sumptuous hot and cold buffet. The legendary Sunday brunch delights with a varied selection of regional specialties and is very popular with young and old. You can look forward to Swiss brunch classics, a rich starter and salad buffet, hot dishes with various meat specialties and a varied dessert buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
And best of all: "Sam's Birchermüesli" from the award-winning cookbook "Zum Orange Gnägi" is now served every Sunday at brunch. Prepared by the host and author himself.
NEW: Coffee, tea and milk drinks (Schoggi and Ovomaltine) as well as orange juice and tap water à discrétion are included.
