Take the train to Schüpfheim and continue your journey comfortably by Postbus to Sörenberg. In summer, the Postbus route even crosses the scenic Glaubenbielen Pass. Allow sufficient travel time, especially at weekends or during peak season.

From Lucerne:
Take the train from Lucerne to Schüpfheim, then change to the PostBus to Sörenberg.
From Bern:
Take the train from Bern via Langnau in Emmental to Schüpfheim, then change to the PostBus to Sörenberg.

Take the train from Lucerne to Giswil, then change to the PostBus to Sörenberg (via the Glaubenbielen Pass).
From Bern (via Interlaken):
Take the train from Bern to Interlaken Ost, then change to the train towards Lucerne. In Giswil, change to the PostBus to Sörenberg (via the Glaubenbielen Pass).
