Get to know different facets of our alp! The tour takes you from the cheese vat to the cheese cellar via the salt cellar to the cowshed and lasts around 30 to 45 minutes. It is a pleasure for us to be able to tell you personally what is important to us in cheese production and care. Afterwards, we will tell you about our different types of cheese during a tasting session in our converted cheese dairy.
