**Gastronomic circular walk**
-----------------------------

**One hike – four culinary stops**

A perfect blend of culinary delights and nature: this leisurely circular hike from Rossweid via Salwideli to Hotel Rischli and back to Sörenberg offers not only breathtaking views, but also the finest regional specialties. Start your journey comfortably by gondola to Rossweid, where coffee and croissants set the tone for the day. The gentle trail winds through stunning moorlands, blooming landscapes, and tranquil forests. Along the route, three local hosts will treat you to exquisite courses.

Reservations are required for both individual guests and groups.

**Important:** If the reservation is cancelled in full for reasons for which BBS AG is not responsible, the following cancellation fees generally apply:
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 100% refund
• Up to 24 hours before the agreed date: 50% refund
• On the same day: No refund possible

Prices

The price includes the cable car ride, mulled wine or punch, as well as a 3-course menu (drinks not included). Children only pay for the cable car ride and may choose a dish from the à la carte menu.

- Timetable
    
    Please note that you should adhere to the following time frame:
    
    
    - We recommend starting the circular hike between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
    - Please arrive at the Bäckerstube restaurant by 17:00 at the latest for dessert.
